Stable Measurements Even for Moving Objects

A green LED parallel light is emitted from the transmitter, creating a shadow that is captured by a CMOS sensor at the receiver. Measurements, including dimensions, are derived from this captured information. Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with telecentric lenses that maximize the parallelism of light, ensuring ultra-high stability and accuracy.

 

Ensure Accuracy Within the Entire Field of View

The telecentric optical system is designed to exclusively receive parallel light, making it less susceptible to ambient light and minimizing size variations due to thermal expansion. This design effectively suppresses the effects of temperature changes

 

Easy Setup with a Wealth of Tools

More than 100 types of measuring tools are available in various combinations. Beyond simple dimensional measurement, a wide range of tools support tin-line inspections, including geometric tolerance measurements, standard contour comparisons for easy identification of different varieties, and detect distance measurements for straightforward visual inspection.
